From the above facts, Saml. Tilson did not go to Ware as stated

in Giles' memorial, until 1764, if at any time. There is nothing on

record at Ware to show that he was ever there.

Nov. 20, 1771, Edmund Tilson was one of the appraisers of property

of Ichabod Nye, in the county of Worcester, Mass. He had 30 acres

of land in Brookfield, Mass. The other appraisers were Joseph Barr,

Jacob Pepper.
