LARGE
GLOBULE

[one

P of even the most digestible fat may be

made still m.ore digestible by subdividing
it into a number of smaller globules.
That's why emulsification facilitates the
digestion of fats.

Most emulsions are inefficient, how-
ever, because the gastric juice digests the
substance which keeps the globules apart
and they coalesce in the stomach.

The globules in Hydroleine are sus-
pended in a menstruum, the nature of
which guarantees their safe passage
through the stomach. That's one of the
principal reasons why Hydroleine has
maintained its reputation as the most
digestible form of the most digestible of
all fats — pure Lofoten Cod-Liver Oil.
Sold by druggists generally. Write for
samples and literature.

THE GROSZMANN SCHOOL

For Exceptional, Nervous
and Atypical Cfiildren ^

"WATCHUNG CREST"

JotinstorL'sa Drive, F*la.infield, N. J.

THE GROSZMANN SCHOOL has been estab-
lished for the benefit of a small number of excep-
tional children whose individual needs require
physical, mental and moral treatment by experts.

The home of the GROSZMANN SCHOOL is
located on the crest of Watchung Mountain, a spur
of the Blue Ridge, 500 feet above sea level. It
comprises more than twenty-five acres of land
(affording ample opportunities for school garden-
ing, outdoor sports, etc.) ; a large main building,
several cottages, stable and outhouses. Its loca-
tion, so high above tidewater, renders it free from
mosquitoes and malaria ; the dry, clear air and the
invigorating mountain breezes have made the
place a health resort of no mean qualities.

The members of the Medical Profession are re-
quested to write for circular giving detailed infor-
mation.

Marks' Artificial Limbs

WITH RUBBER HANDS AND FEET

THE MOST
COMFORTABLE,
DURABLE AND

NATURAL.

Although a man may lose both of
his legs,' he is not necessarily help-
less. By using artificial legs, with
rubber feet attached, he can be re-
stored to usefulness.

The engraving on the left is from
an instantaneous photograph of a
man ascending a ladder. He has
two artificial legs substituting his
natural ones, which were crushed in
a railroad accident and amputated.
With his rubber feet he can ascend
or descend a ladder, balance himself
on the rungs, and have his hands at
liberty. He can work at a bench
and earn a good day's wages. He
can walk and mingle with persons
without betraying his loss ; in fact
he is restored to his former self for
all practical purposes.

With the old method of compli-
cated ankle joints these' results could
not be so thoroughly attained.

Over 30,000 in use, scattered in
all parts of the world. Many of
these have been supphed without
the wearers presenting themselves to us, simply by sending measurements on
a measuring sheet which anyone can easily fill out.

Received 42 Highest Awards. Purchased by the U. S. Government and
many foreign governments. A Manual of Artificial Limbs and illustrated
measuring sheet, also catalogues in French, German and Spanish, sent free
upon application.
