of Magellan and S.E. Coast of Africa 1882-4,
S.E. Coast of New Guinea and S.E. Coast of Tasmar
1885-9, of N.E. Coast of Borneo, Anamba Islands
and Straits of Malacca 1890-4, of S.W. Pacific 1896-9,
and of home waters 1900-4, and Hydrographer of the
Navy 1904-9, and has been Admiralty Eepresentative
on the Port of London Authority since 1909, Acting
Conservator of the Eiver Mersey and Nautical Assessor
to the House of Lords since 1910 and Commissioner
