Cecil, Lieut. Durham L. I. ; educated at the E. Mil.
Coll., Sandhurst ; 4.1899. Mr. Sebag- Montefiore, who
was educated at Westminster, is a J.P. and D.L. for
Essex (was on the roll for High Sheriff for 1918),
