late Holroyd Fitzmlliam Way, Esq., formerly Lieut.
88th Regt. ; b. 1864 ; m. 1890 Catherine Maud, only
dau. of the late George Kitching, Esq., of Wells,
Somerset, and has, with other issue, a son, * Herbert
KenrickLewis, h. 1901. Mr. Way, who was educated at
King's School, Canterbury, and was formerly a Mining
Engineer, is a Magistrate for Essex, and Lord of the

dale, who was formerly Sub-Lieut. R.N. and a Civil
Engineer, is a Trustee of the National Portrait Gal-
lery, and President of the Interparliamentary Union,
and was M.P. for Wednesbury 1886-92, for Burnley
1893-1900, and for the Harborough Div. of Leices-
