rich Mathis and Dorthea Meyer, of Zurich, former a pio-
neer Dec. 24, 1856, the latter died at Price, Utah, 1893). She

ter of Christian Burgdorffer and Susanna Egli, of Gunten,
Switzerland, pioneers 1868). She was born in July 1824.

BUHLER, GOTTFRIED F.' (son of Ulrich Buhler and Anna
Burgdorffer). Born Oct. 28, 1854, in Switzerland. Came to
Utah in 1872.

Married Louisa Barbin Dec. 9, 1880, Salt Lake City
(daughter of Jacob Barbin and Susan Bergener of Switzer-
land). She was born Jan. 1, 1865. Their children: Franklin

Birmingham, Eng.). Born Sept. 16, 1814, at Birmingham.
Came to Utah 1849.

Married Elizabeth Tantum, 1841, at Birmingham (daughter
of William Tantum and Sarah Brown of that place, pioneers
1849, Enoch Reese company). She was born May 3, 1818.

phror.ia Ann b. Sept. 22, 1849, m. Thos Harding; Elizabeth
b. Jan. 15, 1853, m. W. B. Parkinson.

High priest. Was Brigham Young's gunsmith; built the
first gunsmith shop in Utah on Main street. Salt Lake City.
Moved to Morgan, Utah, in 1860, and engaged in cattle and
sheep raising. Assisted in organization of Morgan Go-op,
store, of which he was director and treasurer until his death.
Morgan City councilman; school trustee. Bandman in Salt
Lake City and bandmaster at Morgan. Died Nov. 11, 1886.

BULLARD, EZRA NELSON (son of John Bullard and Pru-
dence McNamara of Worcester, Mass.). Born March 16, 1833,
at Worcester. Came to Utah in 1852.

Married Mary Harriet Burgess July 27, 1856, Salt Lake
City (daughter of William Burgess and Marie Pulsipher of
Pennsylvania, pioneers Sept. 20, 1848, Brigham Young com-
pany). She was born May 22, 1842. Their children: Pru-
