•whereby it appears the opinion of the court was., that the wound

vneertain. Secondly , that the laying, that tha deoeafed was Jhot
the x^th of May, and languijhed till the ztth. and then died, et Jic
Mtrley murdered him that the l^th was naught, and the hcji way ia
