iVid, one fallow-deer of the faid C. T. in the pariftv of Quin-
den aforefaid, unlawfully did hunt and chafe, without the
confent of the faid C. T. then proprietor of the faid park, or
of any other per Ton, having the cuftody of fallow deer there,
and thereupon the faid J. W. T. W. J. W. and H. B. on
the faid 11th day of July, in the 35th year aforefaid, at
Chelmsford aforefaid, before the faid juftice of the peace,
by the oath of one witnefs aforefaid, according to the foim
of the faid ftatute thereupon made and provided, are con-
vifled, and each and every of them is convidled •, and for
the ofFence aforefaid, each and every of them, to wit, the
faid J.W.T. V/. J. W. and H.B. according to the form of the
faid flatute, feverally hath forfeited the fum of twejity pounds,
