torney of Kauai, 1903, ten days be-
fore county law was declared in-

KENNEDY, JAMES A., steam-
ship official, Honolulu; born in
Scotland, Nov. 28, 1852; son of
James and Jessie (Clark) Kennedy;

Kirkland in Honolulu, Nov. 8,

went, Stanley Carmichael and Jes-

went to work in Kirriemuir, Scot-
