whereon stood a fair dwelling House and Ware House and
out Housing Also another Lott belonging to the s'" Davis
near the ffort in Lieu of a six Acre Lott about Two Acres
and a Quarter by Survey & Bounds Also an Island about
sixt}^ Two Acres known hy the Name of Littk' Chabeege Is-
land given to Silvanus Davis and confirmed by the Hon''"*

also Three Acres of Salt Marish or Meadow lying in a Place
called Barbary Creek which Land & Meadow s'^ Graves had
with his Wife M' Mittens Daughter appears by the Deed
dated 23'' August 1(J8() and Recorded also a Tract of Land
lying at a place known & called Ca})isick of a Mile Square
And by the Draught apjK'ars a Town (jrant dated Decemb'"
