or less [)urchased of Leonard Slew lying within the Bounds

Thomas Walter & John Edwards. We the s'^ Thomas Wal-
ter & John Edwards for the Preventing & avoiding of all
Controversies hereafter respecting the Premisses by Joynt

have hold occupy possess & enjoy all the Easterly Moiety or

Penibertou of Suffolk in the Province of the Massachusetts
Bay in New England Goldsmith in & by one cer-
tain Deed under his Hand & Seal Dated the tenth Day of
February Anno Domini one thousand seven hundred c^ twen-
ty seven for the Consideration therein mentioned sold to the
s'^ William Pepperrell one full & aqual half Part of all the
Lands Meadow & INlarsh which he the said Andrew Tyler
bought of John Frost of NewCastle in New England Es(j' as
by s'' John Frosts Deed for the same bearing Date the 20"'
Day of March 1719. & recorded in the Records of the Coun-

thereto being had s'' Lands being situate lying & being on
the West & North Side of Mount Swege Bay & all that Land
