by John Brooks of Biddiford in the County of York in the

thereof & of every Part and Parcel thereof Do exonerate

viz beginning at a little White Oak by Saco River Side at
the Mouth of Benightons Creek Six score Rods up Saco
River to a White Oak marked by the River Side and from
thence Eight score Rods near North East to a white Oak
marked on four Sides & from thence near South P^ast four
score Rods to a Pitch Pine marked & from thence to the
place where the Bounds began The Twenty Acres of Marsh
lying on Goose Fair Brook joyning to M' Gibbins Division
Line of the Patent on the East & so from u})land to upland
up the Brook Westward Till the Twenty Acres are com-
