renceburg, Murfreesboro, Stone River, Chicka-
mauga, Farmington, Decatur (Ga.), Atlanta,
Lovejoy Station, Nashville. Selma and Columbus
(Ga. ) It was mustered out at Chicago. June 30,
1865, and paid in full, July 3, having inarched
5,268 miles and traveled by rail 1.231 miles. The
battery was in eleven of the harde.st battles
fought in the West, and in twenty-six minor
battles, being in action forty-two times while on
scouts, reconnois-sances or outpost duty.
