||This is one of the best! If you are interested in civil war diarys of the common soldier, this is required reading. It is a shame this work is not more widely known or advertised. O. Jackson was a remarkable man and the contents of this work are very enlightening and captivating. I could not stop reading! Can't wait to start over.
