along the Zacatecas boundary to the point common
to Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Zacatecas; and that
part of the State to Zacatecas that lies east of a
north-south line drawn through and including
Mazapil .

Nogales, Sonora

That part of the State of Sonora bounded on the
east, south, and west by a line drawn from the in-
ternational boundary at 110° west longitude, due

south to the Naco-Cananea railway, thence along
that railway to Canajiea (the railway and Cananea
excluded), thence in the following direcUons which
are true, south to the latitude of Mututicachi,

meridian of 113° west longitude, and thence north
to the International boundary.

Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas
That part of the State of Tamaulipas that lies
north and northwest of a line drawn from the in-
ternational boundary through Ciudad Mier (ex-
cluded) to Agualeguas (in the State of Nuevo Leon);
and that part of the State of Nuevo Leon lying north
and northwest of a line drawn across the State,
through Golondrinas (excluded) and Paras (included).

Pledras Negras, Coahuila
That part of the State of Coahuila lying north and
east of a line drawn from the Chihuahua boundary,
east along the parallel of 28° north latitude to a
point directly north of Tanque (included), thence
southeasterly to La Reforma (excluded) and to
Cuatro Cienegas (included), and thence by a straight
line through a point just south of Monclova to the
Nuevo Leon boundary.
