That part of the State of Tamaulipas lying south of
latitude 24o,that part of the State of Veracruz
lying northwestward of the Ri'o Cazones and part
of the State of San Luis Potosf lying to the east of
a line drawn north and south through, and including,
the town of Tamazopo (approximately in longitude
99025' west of Greenwich).

Tijuana, Baja California

That part of Baja California north of latitude 28°
and south and west of a line drawn from the inter-
section of the international boundary and the merid-
ian of 116° west longitude due south to the parallel
of 32° north latitude, and thence to a point on the
west shore of the GuU of California at latitude 30°
north.



Torrecin, Coahuila

Those parts of the States of Coahuila, Durango, and
Zacatecas lying within the following boundaries: The
parallel of 28° north latitude from the Chihuahua



boundary east to a point directly north of Tanque
(excluded); thence southeasterly to La Reforma
(included) and to Cuatro Cienegas (excluded); thence
southwardly to Parr as (excluded); thence southeast-
wardly to a point on the Zacatecas boundary, just
west of Lavaderos, and thence along the Zacatecas
boundary to a point directly north of Mazapil,
Zacatecas; thence directly south on a line through
Mazapil (excluded) to the Zacatecas-San Luis Potosi
boundary; thence southwestwardly on the Zacatecas-
San Luis Potosi boundary to the Tropic of Cancer;
thence due west on the Tropic of Cancer to the
Zacatecas-Durango boundary and continuing due
west along the Tropic of Cancer in the State of
Durango to the meridian of 105° west longitude;
thence to St. Gregorio (included) and to Guanacevi
(included) and thence due northwest to the Durango-
Chihuahua boundary; thence following the Chihuahua-
Durango boundary to the point where they touch the
Coahuila boundary; thence north along the Chihuahua-
Coahuila boundary to latitude 28°.
