Book info:

Author: William Henry Egle
Title: Pennsylvania archives: third series; (Volume 29, pt.2)
Publisher: Harrisburg, State printer

Description:

Some volumes include indexes
In the first 331 pages of vol. XXVII, Dr. Reed reprinted the title pages and individual indexes and table of contents, which Dr. Egle had provided in the first ten volumes of the third series; this is explained in his preface saying, "The indexes of volumes I-X inclusive...appear in the respective volumes of the series. As the remaining volumes, XI-XXVI, inclusive,...were without indexes, it has been deemed advisable...to bring together the indexes of the first ten volumes and to republish the same, accompanied by a general index of the remaining sixteen volumes. In the final volume of the series [i.e., v. 30] appears a supplemental index of names omitted in the preparation of the General Index."
There is no photocopy of v.4, as it consists of maps
