Richard Maleys, accused of robbery {latrocinii), of a
proclamation in Rypon' church on the morrow of St.
Gregory the Pope (March 13) ; and to the dean of Cliveland'
for William de Hurdwyk',i accused of homicide and robbery
on Monday after the feast (March 16). The same com-
missioners to receive purgation as before. The commissioner
for William de Hurdwyk' was the official of York, or his
commissary, in York Minster.
