brother William in what was then Northumberland County, Pa., when
the first census was taken in 1790. He removed from Susquehanna
County to Woodcockboro, Pa., in 1799. He was a soldier in the War of
1812; elder in the Presbyterian Church; a Democrat; resided in Wood-
cock, Crawford County, Pa., until his death on May 22, 1837, aged 79
years. Married Sarah Brady, who was born in 1771, in Pennsylvania;
died May 16, 1850, aged 79 years, daughter of Capt. John Brady and
Mary Quigley. Issue (i) William, (2) James, (3) Mary, (4) Elizabeth,

Indians. Under date of Oct. 21, 1795, Jean Greenlee, of Washington
County, Pa., sent power of attorney (original in the hands of Theodore
Samuel Thompson, No. 338, on May 10, 1892) to William Thomson
(No. 3) to collect all moneys due her from the estate of William
Greenlee (her father. No. i) in the hands of James Greenlee (her
brother, No. 11), the administrator. Witnesses: Isaac Kerr and Robert
Wylie (the husband of her aunt Jean Thomson, No. 2).

18 — William Greenlee, born Nov. 15. 1771. at Pottsville. Schuylkill County,
Pa. ; died in 1854, aged 82 years, 3' i months, at McZena, Ashland,
County, C^hio. He probably lived with his brother John in what was
tiien Northumberland County. Pa., in 1790. He moved from Sus-
quehanna County, Pa., to Ohio, about 1810, and located on a farm of
160 acres on tiic south side of the Big Mohican River, in Wayne (now
Ashland County). He married on March 13, 1798, in Pennsylvania,
Rebecca Hughes. Issue (i) Nancy, (2) Mar>-, (3) John, (4) Ellen,
(5) Elizabeth, (6) Elizabeth. (7) Jane. (8) Sarah. (9) William,
