The following bonds were iasued under the provisions of Section 2293a, Revised
Statutes, passed April 25, 1885, and of proceedings of the municipal authorities
of Cincinnati had thereunder, bq^ng for one half the cost of improving certain
streets with granite, asphalt, or other pavement, funds for their ultimate pay-
ment being assessed on the abutting property. In each issue one bond is
payable one year after date of Issue, and thereafter at intervals of one year,
until all are paid. Principal and interest payable at the City Treasury.
Bonds bear 5 per cent per annum interest, payable each six months from
issue of bonds.



Bonds, until change is noted, are signed by
T. W. Graydon, President Board of Admin-
istration; John B. Mosby, Mayor; and D. W.
Brown, City Auditor.
