TRUSTEES OF THE CINCINNATI SOUTHERN RAILWAY

Year ended December 31, 1901.

To the Honorable Board of Trustees of the Sinking Fund of Cincinnati:
Gentlemen, —

By direction of the Board of Trustees of the
Cincinnati Southern Railway, I have the honor to hand you here-
with a statement of the receipts and disbursements of the Board
for the year ended December '31, 1901, together with a condensed
balance-sheet of their general ledger as of that date.

In addition to the cash balance, as shown by balance-sheet, the
Trustees hold as an investment of their surplus funds thirty thousand
dollars 7.3 -percent Cincinnati Southern Railway Bonds and five
thousand dollars 4 -percent Consolidated Sinking Fund Bonds of
Cincinnati, O.
