Exhibit of the Assessment Improvement Bonded Indebted-
ness of the City of Cincinnati, December 31, 1901.

STREET IMPROVEMENTS.

Fund for redemption of principal and interest of said bonds raised by special assessment
on the property improved, all issued in accordance with Act of the legislature, passed
March 7. 1869, known as Sections 665, 666, 667, 668, and 670 of the Municipal Code, and
of the proceeding's of the City of Cincinnati had thereunder.

Principal and interest coupons payable at the City Treasury, and interest in all cases
payable each six months from issue of bonds. Bonds bear four and five per cent
per annum interest, and were issued by virtue of ordinances of the Board of Public
Works, or its successor, as chang^e is noted.
