signers of the Association Test of East Hampton, N. Y.,

Zachariah Hicks (1749-1833) was a private in Capt. Ezekiel

Tryon County militia. He was born and died in New York.

Peter Snell (1730-1804) served as a private in the Tryon
County militia, and was the only survivor of six brothers in
the battle of Oriskany. He was born and died in Manheim,
X. Y.
