Raynold of Kyngston upon Temys in the countie of Surr. wedowe the
iide day of August the iiiith yer of the Reigne of Kynge henry the viith,
beyng hole in mynde make, ordenne, and devyse my last wille in maner
and f ourme f ollowyng : ff urst I bequeth my soule to allmyghty god ,
to our lady saint mary ad [sic] to all the holy company of heven, and
my bodie to be buried in the chircheyarde of All hallowes of Kyngston,
wherof I am parisshen. Also I bequethe to the vicory of the said chirche
of my tithes forgotten or necligently v/helden \\i\d., praying him of his
charitie to pray for me. Also I bequethe to the Trynitie light in the
said chirche iiiii. Also I bequethe to our lady light in the said chirche
iiiii. Also I will that John Grenewiche, Agnes his wyffe my doughter
have the hous whych they and I dwell in w* the lands that longeth therto.
And after their decesse to Remaynd to the children of their bodies begot-
ten : And for defaute of suche issue, as god forbede, to Remayn to Alis
my doughter hir heires and assignes for ener, and oner that I will that
the said John Grenewiche and Agnes his wyffe geve to the said Alis my
doughter xxs. in monee for rewarde of her parte of the saide hous, And
i acre mede grounde liggyng in Mulsoy mede, and also a grete bras
potte, i latten basyn, i chargir and iii platters. Also I bequethe to Isabell
Rayneld the doughter of John Raynold of Surbton i lattyn basyn. The
Residue of my goodes unbequethen aftir my detts paide I geve unto the
said John Grenewiche to doo and dispose for me as him thinkyth best

awter vid. Also to the moder chirch iiii^. Also to the Rood lyght, vid.
Also to the crosse for to mayntene the tapyr, a quarter of malt. Also
