Holy Trinity, of St. Mary, of St. James, and of the Cross 8d. each. To the
lights of St. Mary of Pity, of St. Katherine, and of the Cross of Comfort

Kyngeston 20d. To Margaret my wife the lands tenements rents and
services which I have in the vill and fields of Kyngeston to hold to her
and her assigns for her life by the rent due to the chief lords of the fee.

After the decease of Margaret John Walyngton my son shall have all
those lands and tenements which lately belonged to Peter Oliver to hold
for ever of the chief lords on condition that annually during his life he
shall cause to be celebrated an obit on the 1st day of March in the church
of All Saints of Kyngeston at the expense of 10s. at least. And after
the death of John Walyngton I will that the Wardens [custodes sive
gardiani] of the said church for the time being shall have and receive
yearly for ever from the issues and profits of the said lands and tenements
10s. for the said obit, to pray for the souls of the friends of the said Peter.
I will that John Walyngton my son shall have my tenement which lately
was Kirkemannys with all lands thereto pertaining to keep annually in
the church of All Saints of Kyngeston during his life an obit for the
souls of myself, Margaret my wife, my parents and my friends at an
expense of 6s. 8d. To William Walyngton my son my tenement which
Thomas Sutor now inhabits to hold to him his heirs and assigns for ever
of the chief lords for the service due. To Eleanor my daughter my
tenement in which she now dwells to hold to her and the legitimate heirs
of her body of the chief lords. In default of issue the said tenement to
be sold by my executors and the money therefrom distributed to the use
of the poor. After the death of Margaret my wife I will that John
Walyngton my son have my best bed and 6 silver spoons. And that
William my son have my second bed and 6 silver spoons and that Eleanor
my daughter have my third bed and 6 silver spoons. To John Vawhan,
clerk, canon of the castle of Wyndesor and to John Gunter, ' gent.,'
1 silver spoon each. An honest and discreet priest to celebrate service
in the church of All Saints of Kyngeston for one whole year for my soul
and the souls of my wife and all the faithful dead for whom I am bound
to pray. Rest of goods unbequeathed to Margaret my wife which
Margaret, Robert Moseley, clerk, and John Werly I make my Executors,
the said Robert and John, my executors, to have 6s. 8d. each. [Latin.]
