Referring to the percentages it is found that 48.68 of the total
membership reported were working less than 10 hours; however, pre-
suming that one-half of those returned as working from nine to 12
hours, were working but nine hours, would increase the number
working less than 10 hours to 56 per cent of the total number.

The next presentation is the returns made as to agreements be-
tween the unions and the employers:
