Boston, March 21, 1781, signed by William Gee, in behalf of himself and others,
of Cape Ann, asking that Daniel Parsons be commissioned as commander of
said vessel; age, 30 yrs.; stature, .5 ft. 6 in.; complexion, light; advised in
Council March 21, 1781, that a commission be issued.
