also, power of attorney dated Taunton, June 18, 1833, signed by the former
widow of said Ware, given to Reuben Baldwin, authorizing him to collect the
patent for the bounty land or the money equivalent allowed soldiers under
resolve of March 27, 1782; the power of attorney is accompanied by the
widow's deposition that said Ware had died thirty or forty years before and
that she had subsequently married Robert Grossman.
