west bounds of John fTrys Land 5^ Lies East from the round
Swampe Ranging South to Mayos Line So Called Eight Rods from
thence Eastwardly by ye S"^ Line one hundred & fforty Rods
thence North Twenty Six Rodds from thence Westwardly to ye
ffirst bound and Also five Acres of Land to be Taken up in ye Un-
divided Land in ye S'^ old purchase of Oyster bay & Likewise one
Cartain Tract of Land Lying in ye old purchase which he the S^

Joseph White Butted & bouded Lying on ye North Side of the
Line of Division Called ye Magos {Mayo's) Line bounded on ye

Contianing ffifty Acres as appears by a Survay from under ye
hands of James Townsend & George Townsend Survayors Elected
by ye Town of Oyster bay as itt was Laid out by them July The
Twenty Eight ye year of Christ one Thousand Seven hundred &
Sixteen and Likewise a Right in Every part & pacell of ye Undivided
Land within ye old purchase of Oyster bay So Called after ye first
