Chasnut tree being Thomas Youngs Mark tree from thence by
thomas Younges Land Neare West 32 Rods to william Carpenters
fence thence South twenty four Degrees West to a White oack tree
62 rods thence North Eighty Six Degrees west to ye first bounds
