Side of Benjamin Harcutts old ffeild thence Ranging West 5
rods to a Dry Chessnutt tree thence South 20 rods to ye High-
way thence South 22 Degrees East 56 rods thence South 30°
East 28 rods thence East 25 Degrees South 32 rods to his fformer
Land & thence by his S'^ fformer Land to ye first bounder Con-
taining In Quantity 28 acres & a half within ye S'^ bounds accord-
