eighteen links and thence South seventy one degrees West ninty
two rods to the highway that goes from Nathaniel Whitsons to
Bethpage thence by the highway South seven degrees and one half
West nineteen rods thence South twenty two degrees and three
quarters East sixteen rods and five links of chain thence North fifty
six degrees East twenty three rods and eighteen links of chain to the
first bounds Containing eleven acres and one hundred sq"" rods
There is also a small piece joyns to the Southeast side of this piece
next to the highway and runs from ye highway to the lot N° 20 and
is about six rods wide on a perpendicular line and it contains three
quarters of an acre and twenty seven sq"" rods

joyning to the old lot in the Broad Hollow N° 55 Beginning at
the Southwest corner of the old lot N° 55 and thence running by
said old lot East sixteen degrees North twenty four rods thence
North five degrees East thirty five rods and one half thence North
sixty nine degrees and one half East twelve rods thence North
fifteen degrees East thirty seven rods to the highway first men-
tioned, thence by the highway South seventeen degrees and one
third East twenty seven rods and ten links thence South, twenty
nine and a quarter West seventy eight rods to Jericho highway
and thence by said highway to ye first bounds twelve rods con-
taining six acres and four square rods of land
