Northeast corner of the lot N° 49 in the former division Begin-
ning 2 rods i N 21° W from ye N E Corner of said old lot at
a stake joyning to the highway that goes down to the Baiting Place
below the Whitsons Great field and from said stake running down
by the highway North sixty nine degrees and one half East twenty
eight rods and three links of chain and thence South twenty one
degrees East seventeen rods and ten links of chain and thence
South sixty nine degrees and one half West twenty eight rods to
the old lotted land and thence by the old lotted land North twenty

Whitsons Great field and it joyns to the West side of the lot of
land that belongs to said Wait Powell in the former division N°

foUoweth Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Waits for-
mer land and thence running North sixty eight degrees and one half
West until it meets the highway that goes to Whitsons Great field
and thence Northeasterly by the highway as the path now goes
until it comes two rods distant from Whitsons Great field and
thence Southeasterly by a highway four rods and — {p. 178) — one
half to ye Northwest corner of Waits said former laid out land and
thence running Southerly several courses by said former land to
the first bounds Including within the same bounds eleven acres
