all times forever hereafter by virtue of these Presents Lawfully
Peaceably and Quietly Occupy Possess and enjoy all and Singu-
lar the Demised and Bargained Land and Premises with every
appurtenance free and Clear and Freely Acquited Exernated and
Discharged of and from all and all manner of former or other
gifts grants Bargain Sails Leases mortages Jointers Dowers Judg-
ments executions entails entents and Incumbrances and Troubles
whatsoever and I the Joseph hawxhust Do further covenant and
bind my Self my heirs Executors administrators and assigns by
these Presents To warrant Secure and Defend the Said Bargained
Lands and Premises against the just and Lawfull Claims of any
Person or Persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming the Same and
further more I Sarah Hawxhust wife of the Said Joseph Hawx-
hust Do hereby yeald up and Surrender all my Right of Dower
and Power of Thirds in and To the above Granted and Bargained
Land Premises with all the appurtenanes Thereunto belon-

Be it Remembered that on the Twenty third Day of June in
the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and eighty
eight Personally Came before me Prior Townsend one of the
Judges of the Court of Common Pleas for Queens County Joseph
Hawxhust and his wife Sarah Hawxhust Grantors To the within
written Instrument and being Duly examined acknowledged that
they Executed Sealed and Delivered the Same as their voluntary
act and Deed for the uses and Purposes therein mentioned Sarah
Hawxhurst wife of the Said Joseph Hawxhurst being examined
Separate and apart from her Said Husband acknowledged that
she executed the Same off her own free voluntary will without
any Threats or Compulsions of her Said Husband I having in-
spected the Same and finding therein No meteral Rashers or in-
terlinations but what was Noted before the Ensealing and Delivery
hereof I do allow the Same To be Recorded

Greeting Know Ye that I Daniel Cock juner of the Township of
oysterbay in Queens County on Nassau Island and State of New
york yeoman for and in consideration of the just and full Sum
of Two hundred Pounds Current Lawfull money of the State
of New york aforesaid To me in hand well and Truly Paid be-
fore the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents by Samuel Cock
juner of buckram in the Township County Island and State above
Said The Recept whereof I the Said Daniel Cock Do hereby ac-
knowledge and my Self therewith fully Sattisfied contented and
Paid thereof and of every Parcel and Part thereof Do Exonerate
acquit and fully Discharge him the Said Samuel Cock juner his
heirs Executors administrators and assigns forever by these Pres-
ents have given Granted Bargained Sold alienated enfeofifed as-
sured conveyed and confirmed and by these Presents I the Said
Daniel Cock juner Do freely fully clearly and absolutely grant
Bargain Sell alien enfoff assure convey and confirm unto the
Said Samuel Cock juner his heirs and assigns forever a Certain
Peice of Swamp Lying in the Township of oysterbay County and
State above Said Lying and being between mill neck and buckram
below the mill that Samson Hawxhurt formly owned or mill
Dam and now owned by the Said Samuel Cock juner bounded
and (as) follows begining at a Small Rock upon the North Side
of the Brook or Stream below the aforsaid mill Dam which Brook
or Stream is Called and Known by the name of Chikgoon Brook
from thence easterly along Said brook untill it Comes Down To

Charles feeks by a Deed of Sale Executed by the Said Charles

Prividgles advantages emoluments granted by Said Deed is hereby
granted To the Said Samuel Cock juner by the Said Daniel Cock
juner always excepting a Prividgle for the Said Daniel Cock

or Road granted in Said Deed without any molestation Inter-
