Nations flag be flown over Trust Territories side
by side with the flag of the administering authority
was rejected on March 30. The United States, the
Dominican Republic, and Iraq, joined the sponsors
in supporting it, while Argentina abstained, and
Australia, Belgium, France, New Zealand, and
the United Kingdom voted negatively.

The annual reports on the Trust Territories of
the Cameroons under British and French adminis-
tration were given final approval by the Council
on March 31.
